Our Story

Located in the south west suburbs of Chicago, raised by 2 parents(also Pastors) that was born in Louisiana and Mississippi, we learned at an early age how to grow, prepare and serve food for family, friends and guest. No one was a stranger.

I remember watching my mother each year making home made cornbread dressing during the thanksgiving holiday. I was always fascinated how everything she cooked tasted so good, but she never used recipes, her palate was her guide.

Thinking back, I’m still at awe by watching her in the kitchen. I learn that her recipes was developed in love and her incredible taste of flavor.

I wish you both were here to see how your guidance has prepared me to continue cooking and serving many customers in Michigan and Illinois since 2002.
